What if you could scrub your record clean!? Fortunately, you may be able to due to recent ground-breaking legislation in Texas many criminal charges are now - for the first time - eligible for non-disclosure (sealing).

Under the new law the following dispositions may be eligible for an Order of Nondisclosure:

  1. a single misdemeanor conviction where time was served;
  2. a single misdemeanor conviction for which the sentence was suspended [i.e. the person was placed on community supervision (a/k/a probation)], and the period of community supervision successfully completed;
  3. a deferred adjudicated community supervision, where the period of community supervision was successfully completed;
  4. a successfully completed felony deferred adjudicated community supervision, where at least five years has passed since the end of the period of community supervision.

This recent legislation now permits you the opportunity to seal criminal history record information from potential employers and enhance job and professional opportunities for you.

Whether you use my services or not we hope you find this information beneficial to you and wish you the best of luck in all future endeavors. I have successfully completed a great many nondisclosures and would like to do yours for you, as well. If you want us to “Scrubit” clean for you please call 1-(877) SCRUB-IT.
